Job Description
- Assign backlog items to the team.
- Monitor and track effective progress updates for all assigned tasks.
- Lead the development team to ensure the delivery of projects on time and quality.
- Ensure that all aspects of the assigned tasks are delivered as planned.
- Working closely with and under the supervision of the project manager to deliver projects goals and timelines.
- Coordinates resources, schedules, and activities of technical projects.
- Working closely with Product owner and Business Analysts to produce accurate delivery estimates and manage the transition from analysis through to release, to ensure the management of any delivery risks or issues.
- Provide Management with the required performance reports.
- Proper contribution in the technical evaluation process.
- Proper contribution the training aspects requirements and new members landing .
- Review developer code to deliver tasks with expected quality
- lead sprint reviews and deliver releases on time
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent discipline.
- 5+ years’ hands-on software development experience.
- Well knowledge on technologies like .NET,.NET Core, Web API , C#, OOP, Design Patterns, Entity Framework, LINQ, SQL Server, Angular 2+ , JavaScript, Typescript, HTML5, Azure Devops , CI/CD, GIT
- Proven ability to document and implement technical solutions.
- Capability of understanding and contributing to the technical solution from design through to code level
- Technical leadership skills for supporting project management, and in managing projects with little supervision.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Excellent skills in combining business and technology.
