Project Manager ( Construction / Real Estate)

Nozha Beach CO. is hiring a Project Manager :-

• Planning project time schedule, budget and resources needed.
• Developing project method of statement and work plan.
• Selecting and leading project teams and stakeholders.
• Managing execution and technical office site managers.
• Managing strategic relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Managing strategic relationships with projects different consultants.
• Monitoring project performance in terms of quality, time and budget and taking necessary actions timely.
• Reporting regularly on project progress to clients and to senior management.
• Manage assigned project(s) from its conception to completion against Time Schedule Milestones
• Complete Ownership of Project Budget.
• Efficient planning and optimum utilization of ALL project resources: HR, equipment, material, and Manpower.
• Determine and define project scope and objectives
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
• Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
• Track project costs in order to meet budget
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
• Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
