Job Description

  • Essentially ensure the smooth running of an office on a day-to-day basis
  • Greeting visitors, answering a high-volume of incoming phone calls and delivering world-class service to our customers.
  • Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules.
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and trades-persons (e.g electricians, drivers..)
  • Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts.
  • Organizing meetings and managing databases
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
  • Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
  • Using a range of software packages
  • Attending meetings with senior management

Job Requirements

  • New Cairo, Heliopolis and Nusr City residents are preferred
  • Fluent English
  • Presentable
  • Well-organized 
  • Computer & Microsoft Office Skills
