Job Description
- Assist in hiring/Hire the sales team.
- Train the real estate agents in your team.
- Motivate and create retention activities within your team.
- Create a business plan for yourself and team as well as follow up on their performance and business plans.
- Report progress, issues and suggestions to the Broker Owner.
- Make sure that the team is being ethical and abiding by the code of ethics.
- Make sure that the team is following Coldwell Banker Egypt Guidelines as well as Broker Owner’s rules.
- Support the team, when necessary, in transactions and dealing with clients.
- Make sure that all transactions are reported correctly in the system.
- Make sure that the sales team has correct and accurate information about all projects and are updating the system whenever necessary with their inventory (in case of resale).
- Support in the preparation of documents such as representation contracts, purchase and lease agreements if needed.
- Review property listings, trade journals, and relevant literature, and attend conventions, seminars, and staff and association meetings to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets in order to support the agents in his team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- CRM Experience is Preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
