Job Description
- Directs the movement of data across multiple systems.
- Oversees its validation and organization and make sure that it is available to appropriate people and systems within the company, oversees its validation and organization and make sure that it is available to appropriate people and systems within the company.
- Prepares the paperwork necessary to submit new drugs and therapies for review by the registration organization.
- Scanning, uploading, and filing of research documentation.
- General archiving of records and stability documents.
- Reserving, Filing and archiving all records related to analytical activities within stability section.
- Maintain the confidentiality of data & company documents in R&D, get the approval from the R&D manager & managing director to copy, scan or send any document to internal or external authorities.
- Prepare the registration files, save copy of them to facilitate follow up process & prepare reports of the registration progress.
- Keep & maintain all data & files of R&D that not be sent to the registration office including the procedures that have been done, the reason for archiving, the failure in the results or the reason of the rejection in case of they’ve been sent to the registration office.
- Keep all analysis results that have been approved or in progress or checked for all old or new products, the stability results for the formulation & all R&D researches.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 experience in preparation of Stability files/export files.
- October resident or nearby areas is preferable.
- Bachelor of Pharmacy.
- Pharmaceutical background is a must.
