Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for day-to-day activities of the Technology functions, with primary emphasis on support, system, and network initiatives, along with leading the team activities to provide such services.
  • Ensure the effectiveness of the software in use.
  • Assist other areas of Information Technology related to the acquisition, installation, maintenance, problem diagnosis and training of computer system.
  • Review software acquisition and maintenance contracts and pursue master agreements in line with strategic priorities.
  • Provide application maintenance and support.
  • Perform customer requirements analysis and both be able to model the existing or ‘AS IS’ business processes as well as design the ‘TO BE’ business processes and convince the customer that the new design is the way they need to go - to such an extent they get their client to sign-off on the design.
  • Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards, adhering to legal regulations.
  • Enhancing and automate business processes.
  • Define and manage the new project’s work scope.

Managing TtheTteam:

  • Provide guidance and direction to the operations and support team members.
  • Provides quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards.
  • Accomplishes staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results, conducting training, implementing enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Plan and priorities the team’s tasks and objectives.
  • evaluate the team’s performance based on the KPIs.
  • Managing SAP support team (FICO, MM, SD, PM, BOBJ, BW, SFA, …etc.)

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences/Computer Engineering
  • 8 + years of experience in the consulting field, progressing from one IT functional area to another
  • know the interrelationship of their modules with the relevant integration points in other parts of the system.
  • Expert in all SAP business processes and modules.
  • Supervision, Quality Management, Safety Management, Staffing, Delegation, Performance Management, Organization, Foster Teamwork, Self-development, Giving Feedback.
  • Proven project management and implementation experience
  • Managing cross-regional user environments within a medium to a large-sized organization with a minimum of 500 system users
  • Strong organizational and managerial skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
