Job Description
- Granting approvals for requested medical services and reply with approval decision (approved or rejected).
- Receiving all the requests, checking all the cases and its medical condition, and validate any procedures, treatments and doses prescribed.
- Checking the eligibility of the cases regarding to the contracts between MEK and the service provider.
- Maintain all approval systems based on the designated accounts, and updated every patient profile on the CRM program.
- Respond to prior approvals requests with approval/rejection based upon the case and assure high level of service quality and satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Medicine & Surgery is a MUST.
- Very Good command of English Language.
- Previous Experience as a Medical Approvals doctor or in Medical Insurance field is MUST.
