Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
Update all recruitment process and design all talent acquisition processes and provide support to performance and ensure effectiveness of all projects.
Develop and maintain efficient relationships with all hiring managers within required timeframe and assist to obtain all necessary approvals for candidate recruitment.
Manage both external and internal hiring efforts (internal recruitment meaning assessment of employees for different or more senior roles.)
Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization
Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
Use sophisticated applicant tracking systems to track applicants through the selection phase through to on-boarding.
Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process.

Bachelor degree holder.
HR certificate / diploma is a plus.
Minimum of 5 - 7 years in HR field.
Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines including, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management and employment laws.
Relevant industry experiences a plus.
Strong conflict management skills.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Excellent command of English language.
Excellent computer skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Be flexible and available to interact with employees at all levels.
Be self-directed and motivated.
