Job Description
- You will be responsible to execute brand and communication strategies (across all the channels) and activate them to meet brand KPIs and business objectives.
- Initiate and drive 360 brand campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital & social) and amplify growth campaigns. These will also include on-ground activations.
- Be responsible to oversee relevant content and content marketing strategies to target the right customer segments for all campaigns while keeping the brand guidelines in mind.
- You will be responsible to come up with new ideas, new media and also improve the existing plans.
- You will ensure the brand is locally relevant and follows the overarching strategy provided by the regional brand team.
- You will monitor, analyze and report brand performance on a monthly basis.
- You will project manage complex campaigns, end-to-end with strong focus on integration and impact across all media channels.
- You will deliver meaningful data and insights around our users to encourage new thinking or new behaviors that will lead to growth, innovation, profitability, and market share gains.
- You will work closely with the local and regional teams on campaign messaging and creative assets.
Job Requirements
- You have 2+ years of experience in brand and communication management, ideally in a fast-paced environment. Brand agency experience will be an advantage.
- Ideally you have experience in the online B2C environment (Tech/e-commerce).
- You have experience in omni-channel marketing (online and offline), with proven results on increasing customer engagement through social and CRM channels
- You are creative and can solve brand and consumer related problems
- It would be preferable if you have worked with creative agencies to create memorable and effective ads (video, social & digital content).
- You understand the importance of communicating relevant content to the right person at the right time.
- You understand consumer/brand research and can derive actions from it.
- You are a collaborative team player, with experience working with multiple stakeholders.
- You are a persuasive and confident communicator - both written and verbal.
- You are fluent in both English and Arabic.
