Job Description
- Achieve monthly and annual target.
- Manage and motivate Sales team to achieve targets.
- Increase number of customers.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
- Determine price schedules and discount rates.
- Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.
- Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- (15-20) years of experience preferred in automotive sales
- Have strong leadership skills, communication, and negotiation skill.
