Job Description
- Understand and consistently reflect the brand voice of the company in writing style to Engage readers with informative, entertaining, and educational copies
- Tailor Productization marketing copies for products or services using promotional language designed to motivate & inform readers on features using accurate & current information
- Develop related content for multiple platforms, such as websites, product descriptions, videos, and blogs
- Use search engine optimization (SEO) strategies in writing to maximize the online visibility of a website in search results
- Write copy for a variety of media including Newsletters & Press Releases
- Edit and proof work to ensure high editorial standards are met across all content outputs
- Stay current on trends and competitors within the editorial sphere
- Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
- Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
- Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides
- Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications
Job Requirements
- 5 years of experience in content marketing or copywriting, preferably with an agency
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
- Strong creative thinking skills and ability to think conceptually
- Comfortable working independently with a little direction under tight deadlines
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a diligent eye for detail, language, flow, and grammar
- Proven ability to demonstrate brand voice
