Job Description
- deliver safe and compliant Quality systems and processes to support the development, technology Transfer, manufacture, testing and release, stability and storage of products manufactured at the sakr group
- Development of the Quality organization, including people, systems and culture maintaining Adherence to EHS and GMP regulations at all times.
- Demonstrate Quality leadership to the site providing guidance and interpretation on the regulatory Requirements for the phase appropriate manufacture of the products at sakr group.
- Lead the assigned Quality Assurance organization to generate a strong quality culture of engaged and Motivated staff maintaining strong working relationships with external customers and internal customers: Quality Operations QC, manufacturing, engineering, supply chain and R&D.
- Implement and maintain a compliant QMS that is simple to understand and follow and improves Business performance and efficiency.
- Including measurement of the effectiveness of the QMS
- Highlighting areas of risk/improvement
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Food Science.
- 8-10 years of Experience in Food Industry/FMCG
- Strong technical experience in Food Production with successful experience in establishing, applying and maintaining processes.
- Strong & Professional Personality.
- Should be able to coach and develop all team members
- Able to communicate in English
