Job Description
- Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO/president and members of the executive management team.
- Providing leadership, direction, and management of the finance and accounting team
- Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets.
- Responsible for compliance with all legal regulations and all annual financial statements according to the law.
- Liquidity management, payment management, and optimization.
- The organizational result of optimized processes in debt management.
- Responsibility for the preparation and production of external and internal reporting.
- Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders
- Contact person for shareholders, auditors, tax consultants, banks, insurance, and representative official bodies

Job Requirements
Education & Credentials:
- Accounting, Finance or Economics Bachelor’s degree
- An MBA and CPA is also highly desirable
Experience:
- At least 10 years' experience in the finance industry and managing a team is a must
- Years of relevant work experience, ideally in manufacturing companies Knowledge
