Job Description

  • Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO/president and members of the executive management team.
  • Providing leadership, direction, and management of the finance and accounting team
  • Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets.
  • Responsible for compliance with all legal regulations and all annual financial statements according to the law.
  • Liquidity management, payment management, and optimization.
  • The organizational result of optimized processes in debt management.
  • Responsibility for the preparation and production of external and internal reporting.
  • Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders
  • Contact person for shareholders, auditors, tax consultants, banks, insurance, and representative official bodies
  • Reviewing all formal finance

Job Requirements

Education & Credentials:

  • Accounting, Finance or Economics Bachelor’s degree
  • An MBA and CPA is also highly desirable

Experience:

  • At least 10 years' experience in the finance industry and managing a team is a must
  • Years of relevant work experience, ideally in manufacturing companies Knowledge
  • Accounting & Finance Softwares
  • Analysis & Reporting Softwares

Preferred:

  • In-depth knowledge of organizational products and process
