Job Description
- Lead and direct the plant operations.
- Establish production goals and plans and manage resources and costs (spending and investments) according to defined plans and in the most efficient manner.
- Effective implementation of quality systems and EHS programs to ensure compliance of operations according to relevant guidelines, requirements and company standards, and to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
- Drive organizational and individual development through talent review cycles and implementation of development plans to assure an adequate organization and structure of the plant and qualification of team members.
- Setup and align PMOs and project goals for the plant management team to achieve aggressive operations, quality and business goals.
- Motivate and encourage the plant management team and team members by ensuring adequate information within the plant and all support functions.
- Drive the strategic planning process and establish a strategy for the plant.
- Assure the deployment of the Quality Leadership Process as well as the implementation of improvement plans/projects and monitoring of progress to guarantee continuous process improvement and cost reduction activities.
- Review and document the achievements and performance of the plant operations and team members.
- Generate and maintain performance reports, identify and address issues and potential challenges to meet plans.
