BUSINESS PLAN DEVELOPMENT
- Together with Senior Management Team sets high quality Strategic plans
- Identify business drivers, target groups and their specific needs to deliver sales targets
- Collect market information and analyze, interpret and present relevant data, conclusions and recommendations based on competitor analysis, trends and product performance information.
SALES EXCELLENCE
- Ensure robust SFE system is at place & practiced by SF people
- Ensure Sales & Territory Action Plans are in line with the Business Action Plans
- Lead the organization, implementation and communication of the Sales campaigns together with the Marketing team
PEOPLE LEADERSHIP
- Provide clear communication, direction and processes to teams
- Ensure optimal national SF recruitment in collaboration with HR
- Develop FLSMs by ensuring a qualitative development plan
- Assessment, coaching and feedback on job performance of direct reports.
- Encourage culture of continuous improvement
- Demonstrate business ethics by respecting values, ethical behavior, local laws, policies and procedures by Sales Force.
CUSTOMER
- Conduct regular meeting with KOLs, leads in healthcare institutions to strengthen Company image
CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY
- Follow rules & norms set by company policies of Sovalue (Pharma Code & other SOPs that the NSM was acknowledged about).

Job Requirements
- Education: Pharmacy / Medicine / Veterinary/Science
- Year of Experience: 12 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry included 4 years in diabetes and at 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Leadership Skills , Decision Making , Analytical Skills & Advanced communication skills, commercial power, networking.
- Fluent English
