Job Description

  • To design and deliver OD and change management strategies,
  • Design and update organization structures with job descriptions- Job profiling, KPIs & deps workflow.
  • To identify opportunities for performance improvement through, for example, undertaking
    internal diagnosis, process/system reviews in order to understand barriers and possible
    solutions; conducting external research into good practice and new ideas
  • Assist in employee retention and development
  • Manage the Performance Management Process
  • Lead Employee Engagement & Culture transformation agenda
  • Design and update grading and Pay structure system, the benefits system, design career path, job rotation system)
  • (T&D process and procedures, TNA, Training efficacy evaluation system (before- during – after), training plans
  • Consult and train managers leadership to identify business processes
  • Lead Employee Engagement & Culture transformation agenda
  • Coach managers on how to manage team performance.
  • Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers, or other events
  • manage workforce planning to determine current staffing needs and producing forecasts
  • Building talent pipelines for current and future job openings
  • Build a strong employer brand - Leading all sourcing strategies
  • design and implement recruiting strategies for our company.
  • Anticipate the organizations future and work with senior executives to advise on recruiting tactics that will help to sustain the company’s success
  • Prepare and review our annual recruitment budget
  • Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews, and communication)
  • Manage, train, and evaluate our team of recruiters
  • Managing and delivering reports and data when required
  • Measure key recruitment metrics, like a source of hire and time-to-hire

Job Requirements

  • Holding an HR Diploma is A MUST.
  • Experience 6 to 9 years overall exp including at least 4 years in a supervision position
  • Computer skills: Excellent user of Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Good knowledge of other relevant HR tools
  • Excellent command of the English lang.
