Job Description

  • Respond to all social media comments and messages
  • Handling customers and after-sales service
  • Coordination between orders and shipments
  • Respond, transfer and follow up the online complaints/requests and escalate when necessary
  • Create Reports about customers' complaints and their status to be used on user experience
  • enhancement. From (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp,…etc.)
  • Regularly give feedback about insights gained from the community.
  • Follow up the online orders and make outbound calls when needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions
