Job Description
- Respond to all social media comments and messages
- Handling customers and after-sales service
- Coordination between orders and shipments
- Respond, transfer and follow up the online complaints/requests and escalate when necessary
- Create Reports about customers' complaints and their status to be used on user experience
- enhancement. From (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp,…etc.)
- Regularly give feedback about insights gained from the community.
- Follow up the online orders and make outbound calls when needed.
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions
