Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
  • Collect cost information and maintain an expense database.
  • Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
  • Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
  • Assist and submit weekly/monthly reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
  • Assist with other accounting tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
  • Experience not less than 5 Years.
  • Experience in real estate and construction companies is a must.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office package (excellent excel user) and other related programs.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good team player with a positive attitude.
