Job Description
- Develop a set of necessary and necessary organizations, plans, and programmes to ensure that the final facility will match the target job and that the implementation work will be carried out in accordance with the required specifications and follow all work contract documents, in cooperation with the Technical Office.
- Create a quality assurance plan to avoid any anticipated errors.
- Coordination with all departments and provision of all statement methods required for business
- Submission of the materials used in the project according to the project specifications and the approval of the suppliers for each material.
- Follow up on conducting tests with the third party (the sworn laboratory approved by the consultants).
- Ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with the method of statements, in accordance with the approved drawings, in accordance with the item specifications, and that the work is followed up on.
- Verify that the materials used are in accordance with the approved specifications and the approved supplier.
- Receiving the work from the site engineer and modifying the notes
- Handing over the work to the consulting engineer and following up on his observations according to handover records, usually called WIR.
- Follow-up on the supply of materials to the sites and their delivery to the consultant according to delivery records called MIR.
- Submit daily or emergency reports to the Quality Department's Technical Office.
- Control of all papers in the project and documentation of all tests and their conformity for accreditation:
- Support and correct the work of the implementation department of the project.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil Department/ Architecture).
- 2-5 years of experience in the construction field
- Excellent in using Microsoft office.
- Working knowledge of project management software
- A variety of site-specific implementation techniques
- Understand and solve problems, as well as have analytical skills that allow him to deal with any situation.
