Job Description
- Managing CSR communications with respective organizations
- Collaborate with the marketing team Vis-a-vis El Abd CSR activities
- Filter and coordinate all PR, media and press interviews.
- Organize, coordinate and follow through on all business issues from start to finish.
- Relay directives, instructions and assignment to executives and different departments/functions within the organization.
- Sort out Board Member’s daily schedules and correspondence, review and agree next steps and actions to be taken.
- Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly.
- Organize and prioritize daily meetings with clear agendas.
- Coordinate committees and task forces.
- Receive and relay telephone messages.
- Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
- Prepare statistical reports, presentations & correspondence requested by the Board Member.
- Summarize meetings minutes and ensure all actions and next steps are done on time.
- Ensure that documents that require Board Member’s signature follows the proper approval cycle.
- Manage travel and business trips including agenda, travel arrangements, visa issuance, etc…
- Organize events, fairs, conferences as requested by the Board Member.
- Handling seasons’ Gift boxes / samples distribution to Board Member’s list of contacts.
- Arrange all IT requirements for Board Member.
- Provide administrative and clerical support.
- Coordinates office management activities.
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor Degree in Mass Communication or Business Administration, preferable (AUC / GUC / BUE / MIU/ MSA / ...)
Experience:
Proven work experience in any of the below mentioned fields: Executive Assistance / PR/ Administration/ Corporate Communications/ Project Mgmt.
Skills:
- Excellent English Language proficiency (oral & written) communication skills.
- Excellent Computer Skills.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills
