Job Description

  • Managing CSR communications with respective organizations 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team Vis-a-vis El Abd CSR activities 
  • Filter and coordinate all PR, media and press interviews. 
  • Organize, coordinate and follow through on all business issues from start to finish.
  • Relay directives, instructions and assignment to executives and different departments/functions within the organization.
  • Sort out Board Member’s daily schedules and correspondence, review and agree next steps and actions to be taken.
  • Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly.
  • Organize and prioritize daily meetings with clear agendas.
  • Coordinate committees and task forces.
  • Receive and relay telephone messages.
  • Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
  • Prepare statistical reports, presentations & correspondence requested by the Board Member.
  • Summarize meetings minutes and ensure all actions and next steps are done on time.
  • Ensure that documents that require Board Member’s signature follows the proper approval cycle. 
  • Manage travel and business trips including agenda, travel arrangements, visa issuance, etc…
  • Organize events, fairs, conferences as requested by the Board Member. 
  • Handling seasons’ Gift boxes / samples distribution to Board Member’s list of contacts. 
  • Arrange all IT requirements for Board Member.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support.
  • Coordinates office management activities.

Job Requirements

Education: 

  • Bachelor Degree in Mass Communication or Business Administration, preferable (AUC / GUC / BUE /  MIU/ MSA / ...)

Experience:

Proven work experience in any of the below mentioned fields: Executive Assistance / PR/ Administration/ Corporate Communications/ Project Mgmt.

Skills:

  • Excellent English Language proficiency (oral & written) communication skills.
  • Excellent Computer Skills.
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills
