Job Description
- Developing and implementing human resources policies
- Supporting strategic objectives
- Acts as an internal consultant by analyzing and recommending solutions to human resource issues
- Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive onboarding
- Develops and revises employees’ job descriptions and organization chart
- Develop and enhance recruitment strategies and alternatives
- Prepares and maintains special internal reports as required
- Assists with developing, coordinating and recommending changes for the improvement of workflow
- Conducts periodic audits of human resource activities to ensure compliance with laws, policies and procedures
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Manage and lead staff for day-to-day functions
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes
Job Requirements
- BSc. degree in Business Administration / equivalent. HR Major is preferable
- HR Diploma is a MUST.
- Related experience is a MUST.
- Highly organized.
- Ability to work in a team
- Can handle stress and meet deadlines
- High communication skills
