Job Description

  • Developing and implementing human resources policies
  • Supporting strategic objectives
  • Acts as an internal consultant by analyzing and recommending solutions to human resource issues
  • Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive onboarding 
  • Develops and revises employees’ job descriptions and organization chart 
  • Develop and enhance recruitment strategies and alternatives 
  • Prepares and maintains special internal reports as required
  • Assists with developing, coordinating and recommending changes for the improvement of workflow 
  • Conducts periodic audits of human resource activities to ensure compliance with laws, policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Manage and lead staff for day-to-day functions
  • Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes

Job Requirements

  • BSc. degree in Business Administration / equivalent. HR Major is preferable
  • HR Diploma is a MUST.
  • Related experience is a MUST.
  • Highly organized.
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Can handle stress and meet deadlines
  • High communication skills
