Job Description

  • Responsible for selling real estate projects.
  • Creates and follow up sales leads.
  • Arrange site visits and sales presentations to the clients.
  • Conducts effective sales meetings and close deals.
  • Prepare and revise sales contracts.
  • Access and maintain accurate clients database of market contacts.
  • Achieve and report on assigned sales targets

Job Requirements

  • Presentable.
  • must be experience in new capital projects.
  • Must be a resident of New Cairo or nearby areas.
  • preferred own a car.
  • Self-motivated with effective organizational skills.
  • Ability to take multiple tasks at the same time without losing focus.
  • Must be proactive, with the ability to meet and surpass project deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Very good in English.
  • Have very good communication skills.
  • Preferable to have a customer service experience.
