Job Description

  • In this role, you will need to work on the growth hacking funnel and use nontraditional ways for maximizing customer acquisition, increase Conversion % and reduce churn rate%.
  • Take an active role in PPC budgeting and digital/media planning along with our PPC specialist. 
  • Actively participate in executing ideas that will achieve hypergrowth at Retag.
  • You'll provide daily reporting on performance and analysis of how to improve.
  • Develop and manage project plans to ensure smooth, on-time delivery of marketing campaigns / initiatives
  • Develop strategic customer acquisition and retention marketing plans to drive growth and maximize immediate and long-term ROI.
  • Design and execute outbound and inbound marketing campaigns
  • You'll set up, launch, optimize and efficiently scale all campaigns in paid social (mostly Facebook/Instagram/Google) along with our PPC specialist. 
  • Day-to-day management of online and offline campaigns across channels including (but not limited to): paid social, paid search, content, organic, referral, email, direct mail, podcasts, affiliate, and video
  • Ensure clear goals for marketing campaigns / programs and track and report on performance versus those goals
  • Determine the right audience, right messaging, and right marketing tactics to deliver on campaign / program goals
  • Generate the content for use in marketing campaigns, programs, and other initiatives. This includes but is not limited to drafting marketing emails, social media posts, other collateral; writing blog articles; and working with our creative and design teams to identify other assets required

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in Digital Marketing, Demand Generation, or similar
  • Proven working experience as a Marketing Growth Hacker or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with web analytics and A/B testing tools
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with high standards of excellence
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Start-Up Experience.
  • eCommerce, retail technology, or software industries experience.
  • Growth Analytics Skills with high-level proficiency in data manipulation via SQL, R, Python.
  • Strong data visualization (eg. Data studio, Tableau, Looker) and project management skills (e.g, Asana, Trello, etc) to weave data and insights into meaningful stories.
  • Marketing Automation Experience
  • Certified in Google Marketing Platform, Analytics, Adsense, Adwords.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO factors, trends, and key algorithm update
