Job Description
- Drive the company’s financial planning ,budgeting, reporting, and auditing.
- Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments
- Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
- Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure
- Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations
- Supervise On finance Team (controllers, treasurers etc.)
- Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports
- Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies
- Oversee& planning and managing corporate tax revenue, and tax returns .
- Handle Tax examination activities& Build and maintain good relations with relevant government(Taxation Authority, banking Sectors ,accounting firms ETC)
Job Requirements
- BSc in Accounting, Finance .
- Experience: More than 15 yrs ,at least 8 yrs As Financial Manager On Smart phone field, electronics or Retail .
- Proficient MS Office and financial management software user (Oracle User).
- CPA or CMA Holders Are preferred.
- Excellent commend of English Language is a must.
- Excellent knowledge of corporate financial law
- Excellent communication and people skills.
