Job Description
- Meet with our group of companies departments mangers to identify their training needs.
- Manage team of trainers.
- Assess training needs to identify the gap between current performance and desired performance.
- Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process.
- Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc)
- Maintain project documentation and course folders
- Ensuring content matches established objectives.
- Developing entire courses and curriculum.
- Creating student guides and training manuals.
- Develop the company’s annual training and development plan.
- Conduct selling skills sessions, to increase our agents selling abilities.
- Conduct soft skills session according to our needs.
- Design and deliver in-house and online training programs (new hire and Existing)
Job Requirements
- Tot is a must.
- Ability to work well with a team is essential.
- Sales background is plus.
- Learning and development experience even as freelance is a must.
- Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models.
- Lesson and curriculum planning skills
- Creative and fast learner.
- Understanding of modern training tools and equipment.
- Very good in preparing reports using excel, and make required analysis.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ready to conduct E-learning training.
- Excellent Microsoft office.
