Job Description
- Tracking bank transactions.
- Record all the visa Payments on the system.
- File all the documents properly.
- Update cash out and Cash IN.
- Send Various Reports.
- Handle all issues related to the visa payment with the stations and Solve customer problems related to the pre-authorization amount hold.
- Perform monthly and annual bank reconciliation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in accounting
- 1-2 years of experience in relevant field
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Time management skills.
- Familiar with different types of treasury & bank forms, contracts, and bank guarantee of credit.
- Details Oriented
- Very good command of English.
