Job Description

  • Handle customer complaints effectively, efficiently and providing excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests to ensure understanding of needs and orders in timely manner.
  • Responsible for outbound calls to offer the value add services for customers.
  • Maintain accurate record of all customer data to facilitate creating analysis and reports.
  • Manage customers’ orders and follow up on their request and complaints to ensure the highest satisfaction level.
  • Maintaining the highest Customer Service Index (CSI) rating from customers to measure the aftersales services.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5  years of experience in same field
  • Bachelor degree in any related field
  • Automotive industry experience is a preferable
  • Awareness of ASC, and LG business cycle.
  • Ownership
