Job Description
Job Purpose:
Ensure the DKT's OTC portfolio is available at assigned Chain of Pharmacy and implementing marketing strategy of the products at customers' level.
A. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Regularly visit a list of pharmacies in the territory and promote the products
- Ensure products are available and well displayed
- Negotiate and cut sales deals with concerned chains of responsibility
- Follow Up Cash collection in liaising with Finance Team
- Follow up sales at pharmacies of specific territory and sharing the feedback with the Medical Team to agree action plans
- Develop sustainable partnerships with pharmacy personnel (Pharmacist, Pharmacist Assistant, Telesales, etc)
- Cut deals and orders directing customers for the best way of executions
- Report their activities in line with agreed KPI's and fulfil them
- Participate in Health Days and Point of Sales Activities (POS) as agreed with the Line Management
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule sales effort
- Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status
Job Requirements
- Level of Education: Relevant high degree
- Experience: Experience working with chains in sound firms preferably of Pharmaceutical/FMCG/Retail/OTC business
