Technical Support Engineer

We are looking for hiring technically skilled candidates in our company in Cairo which is working in delivering lab’s equipments in the fields of universities, school ,hospitals, factories ,testing and accreditation labs in petroleum and medical fields as well as monitoring authorities with excellent interpersonal skills for the technical support position. Provide timely customer feedback, and support the roll-out of new applications, among other duties.

Moreover, technical support officers need to talk to customers directly, as well as create written documentation

• Able to prepare offers for customers
• Working as sales and application support to perform the necessary actions for the marketing of lab’s equipments providing application support for existing customers, finding out new customers ,conducting seminars ,technical discussions ,preparing quotations, commercial negotiation and competitor analysis
