Job Description
Include but not limited to:
- Troubleshooting network problems
- Troubleshooting VOIP problems
- Maintaining network performance
- Develop network capacity reports and provide technical recommendations to Manager on network changes, upgrades and improvements.
- Designing network infrastructure layout.
- Plans and implements network security
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. Engineering, Telecommunications or equivalent.
- Fluency in both oral and written communications in English.
- Detailed knowledge of Network models and topology
- Solid understanding of both OSPF and BGP protocols
- Detailed knowledge of network security systems and software.
- Deep knowledge of installing and configuring firewall such as Sophos and Fortinet
- Good understanding of DNS ,DHCP and VPN.
- Hands on Knowledge of CISCO routers, switches & Firewalls, any other vendors is plus
- Good understanding of OS such as Windows, Mac, Linux
- CCNA is must
- CCNA collaboration OR CCNP routing and switching is preferable
- Knowledge of VoIP systems. (preferable)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
