Job Description
- Mentor development team while implementing best practices and improving the development processes
- Analyze, plan, estimate, and hit deadlines effectively
- Seeks solutions to improve processes and applications

Job Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience
- 2+ years as a software architect/technical lead
- 2+ years of experience with agile methodologies
- Strong experience working in all project life-cycles
- Proficiency with Web Services and Web Technologies
- Excellent knowledge of .NET Core 2, WebAPI, Entity Framework, SQL Server, Unit testing, and ASP.NET MVC
- Must be an effective communicator, balancing business goals with engineering goals
- Excellent knowledge of PHP frameworks like (Yii, CodeIgniter, or Laravel)
- Excellent knowledge of popular CMS frameworks like Wordpress.
- Other DB engines like MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of OOP, OOD, DDD, design patterns, n-tier applications, distributed applications, SOA, micro-services
- Very good knowledge of web development technologies: HTML5, JQuery, and Javascript
- Problem-solving/troubleshooting skills and great attention to details
- Great attitude, excellent verbal, and written communication skills.
