To contribute to the spa’s conversion goals and overall sales by providing exceptional customer service and performing high-quality treatments, while embodying the principles of GROWTH. The Session Maker acts as a personal beauty therapist, building strong customer relationships, suggesting appropriate treatments and products, and ensuring customer satisfaction through adherence to company processes and protocols.
Job Requirements
- Certified in Massage Therapy, or Physiotherapy
- Minimum 1 year in Massage Therapy and SALES
- Strong sales and upselling abilities
- Excellent communication and client consultation skills
- Knowledge of body treatments, product usage, and service protocols
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Waves)
- Organized, target-driven, and detail-oriented
- Ability to perform a minimum of 8 sessions per day
- Willingness to participate in training, workshops, and company events
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold company values
