Job Description
- Implement the company’s budget targets ( OR & GM ).
- Complete market coverage and increase the company’s market share by introducing a complete product range/services for new customers.
- Secure installed base against the competition.
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales/ services activities & monitor customer preferences/ needs to determine the focus of sales efforts.
- Recommend and administer policies and procedures to enhance operations.
- Set a bid strategy and guidelines.
- Direct supervision of the Sales team.
- Review and approve of technical & commercial sales offers
- Contract negotiations and signing.
- Follow up with the sales force for the tenders/offers status and upcoming jobs.
- Direct and oversee the company Sales function to identify and develop new customers for products and services.
- Directly manage major and critical developing client accounts (Major Key Account Clients), and coordinate the management of all other accounts.
- Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the company.
- Develop and Build Teams -- Encourage and build mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
- Arrange for department staff training along with the training
Job Requirements
- 10+ years previous experience as Sales & Marketing Manager in Metal products
- Having a good network of business contacts.
- Good understanding of Egyptian market business channels (consultant, contractors, and end-users).
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent managerial skills

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
