Job Description
- The Finance Manager / Director is responsible for planning, controlling, monitoring, assessing company risks, reporting, and ensuring the financial success and health of Region III as well as aligning with XX financial strategies.
- He ensures healthy cash flow management and dividend distribution in line with the Group’s financial objectives.
- Plan and supervise the overall finance function including:
- Cash management
- Assets control
- Accounts receivable
- Establish relationship with key customer finance heads
- Follow up with collectors for both Govt and Private payments.
- Follow up with sales / service teams to ensure all documents are correctly prepared for submission to Govt customers.
- Manage and ensure compliance with the regulatory and legal requirements including tax, licensing and permits, audit, labor, social security and trade law etc.
- Handle external auditors, insuring that financial statements are ready for audit on time.
- Negotiate banking facilities and charges in line with business requirements and directives.
- Advises the sales and service teams on margins, payment terms and set customer credit limits.
- Analyze inventory aging, receivables aging, overdues and accounts reconciliations.
- Regularly prepare the data required for the business reviews and report on deviations from the plan and recommend the corrective measures if required.
- Set performance agreement for accounting personnel and review their performance periodically.
Job Requirements
- Up to 20+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven track record in Medical equipment / Pharmaceutical trade experience.
- Fully aware about the business cycle of Medical Equipment (Importation, Clearance, Storages, Sales, Collections, Taxations...etc.)
- Certified Public Accountant / Chartered Financial Analyst / any relevent certificates or studies
