Job Description

  • Adheres to operational guidelines and SOPs in issuing approvals.
  • Obtaining all necessary information on requests for the purpose of completing issuing.
  • Detect fraudulent request scheme.
  • Inputting requests data into the system accurately and ensures database and documentation
  • Assisting Quality assurance, Claims, Corporate relation agents and DOS  to deliver optimum service without waste or abuse
  • Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of insurance policies and legal issues
  • Suspending requests that require further investigation in order to resolve them appropriately
  • Proactively seeking to clarify and resolve requests using the best method of communication and initiative
  • Responding to all relevant incoming queries from the company’s internal departments
  • Working on a shift basis as required by supervisor and manger

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine
  • 1-2 Years of experience
  • Good Command of English Language .
  • Excellent computer skills, Communicates clearly and effectively
