Job Description
- Preparation of workshop drawings as per approved design drawings and bill of materials.
- Support and assist the design team to develop and execute appropriate design solutions per project, to fulfill clients’ requirements.
- Assist on Architecture and Interior design projects including; programming the client’s needs, schematic design, design development packages, and construction packages.
- Assists in design presentation production for client meetings, including assembling material boards using the 3 Architecture software (AutoCAD- Revit- 3D Max) and the post-production software (AutoCAD)
- Assist in preparing space planning studies, plans, elevations and perspectives as required using 2D and 3D software.
- Acting as a technical adviser on site, checking plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations; ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise in the site.
- Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials by getting samples from different suppliers, agreeing on material prices and making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project.
- Establish and maintain positive communication and good relationships with other departments and teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architect / Interior Design
- Required 6–9 experience years.
- Experience in the interior design field.
- High-end site experience
- Strong experience in Auto Cad, Revit.
- Photoshop, MS Office 3D Max, etc.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good English language skills (written and spoken).
- Hard-worker.
- Problem-solving abilities and positive attitude
