Job Description
- Responsible for answering all customers’ inquiries via WhatsApp, emails, and phone calls and ensuring that every customer is served in an efficient, thorough, and courteous manner.
- Receiving reservations for customers based on their various requirements.
- Accurately enter data into corresponding fields within various software programs.
- Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation and make reservations if needed.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Reporting customer complaints and any system issues to management and team.
- Performing inbound and outbound calls to assist the customer with past, current, and future reservations.
Job Requirements
- Customer Service Oriented.
- Willing to work in shifts & weekends as required.
- Ability to work from home in some shifts.
- Excellent computer background.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good command of English.
- Good command of Excel, Google sheets/docs.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
