We are hiring ( Operations Specialist ) in Mansoura city.
Job Description:
- Receiving indirect marketing campaign from sales, and make all related document ready to send it to our influencers.
- Coordinate with brands, influencers, and sales to set up the last image of the campaign.
- Chatting with influencers to set up the visiting, or delivery timings.
- Follow up with Influencers to upload the coverage on time.
- Making daily report for all campaigns.
- Sending a daily report to our clients, and at the end of the campaign.
Work Terms :
- Working Hours : 10 hours with 1-hour break.
- Business Timing: 24 / 7days.
- Location : Mansoura City
- Starting Date : Immediately
- One Day Off
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills required:
- Operations experience.
- Coordination with multitasking skills.
- Experience handling clients' accounts.
- Social media active user.
- Excellent communication in both Arabic & English.
- Dedicated, initiated, and creative.
- Excellent experience in using Excel & Word.
