- Responsible for all aspects of finance functions by providing timely and accurate financial models, analysis of budgets, financial trends, and forecasts
- Manage processes for monitoring cash flow, financial forecasting, budgets and
- consolidation, as well as reporting to Finance Director/executive team
- Evaluate and advise on the impact of long-range planning, the introduction of new strategies, financial needs and regulatory action
- Study new investment opportunities and investigate fundraising activities
- Advise executive team on the financial implications of business activities
- Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and
- Business opportunities
- Liaise with external & internal mandates
- Build relationships with banks and evaluate different funding sources
- Perform investment analysis & set key performance indicators and presenting financial
- Reports to the executive team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Finance studied in English
- Analytical and critical with numbers and decisions
- Team player who shares the vision of getting things done together
- Leadership, strong presentation skills and drive with a positive attitude
- 5-8 years experience in Accounting and Finance
- Excellent knowledge of Google Slides & Sheets (or PowerPoint & Excel)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Previous background in Real Estate is a strong plus.
