Job Description
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the engineering and construction sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Prepare and deliver company presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business growth strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proposals and tenders meet client expectations.
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns (digital & offline).
- Manage the company’s social media presence and assist in content development.
- Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and conferences to represent the company.
- Track marketing performance and report ROI on campaigns.
- Monitor and report on business development and marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights.
- Manage and update CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and client projects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 8 years of proven experience in business development, marketing, or sales within the engineering or consulting industry.
- Strong understanding of the engineering consulting market and client needs.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful business development and marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and industry functions as required.
- Excellent command of English (spoken & written).
- Knowledge of marketing tools, social media platforms, and CRM systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
