Job Description

  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the engineering and construction sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Prepare and deliver company presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business growth strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proposals and tenders meet client expectations.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns (digital & offline).
  • Manage the company’s social media presence and assist in content development.
  • Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and conferences to represent the company.
  • Track marketing performance and report ROI on campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on business development and marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights.
  • Manage and update CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and client projects.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3 to 8 years of proven experience in business development, marketing, or sales within the engineering or consulting industry.
  • Strong understanding of the engineering consulting market and client needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful business development and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and industry functions as required.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken & written).
  • Knowledge of marketing tools, social media platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
