Job Description
We are looking for: Failure Analysis Engineer
- Fault analysis and detection of smartphones
- Timely response and handling of customer feedback sample quality issues, understanding of undesirable phenomena and preliminary cause analysis, on-site analytical testing and data collection
- Analysis of failure PCBA and software
- Handling customer complaints
- Participate in problem improvement, verification plan and follow-up confirmation improvement effect
Job Requirements
- Experience in Mobile Phones is MUST
- Electronic major, university degree or above
- 2 years of work experience with FA Factory or electronic analysis Engineer
- Males only
- Understand how mobile phones work, function, structure, and be proficient in using smartphones
- Can understand the circuit schematic
- Good spoken and written English
- Skilled in using electronic measuring equipment, electronic welding, hot air gun
