Identify training requirements for individuals within all company international branches.
Translate the requirements into training that will enhance performance among employees.
Propose new training methods, including: e-learning courses platforms.
Develop training plans and programs on an annual basis.
Coordinate the production of training materials including videos, and other required tools.
Monitor quality of training and asses results.
Coordinate online training courses for targeted trainees.
Assess the outcomes of the various learning courses.
Responsible for establishing a continuous learning program.
Follow up new global training trends.

Proven experience in coordinating training programs for a company with multiple international branches.
Experience in working in a software/IT company
Awareness of learning and training principles.
Experience in managing the full training cycle.
Familiar with software learning tool.
Knowledge of modern training methods, styles techniques and tools.
Bachelor's degree in IT, HR or related field.
Fluent English (must be able to speak and write excellent English).
