Job Description
- Identify training requirements for individuals within all company international branches.
- Translate the requirements into training that will enhance performance among employees.
- Propose new training methods, including: e-learning courses platforms.
- Develop training plans and programs on an annual basis.
- Coordinate the production of training materials including videos, and other required tools.
- Monitor quality of training and asses results.
- Coordinate online training courses for targeted trainees.
- Assess the outcomes of the various learning courses.
- Responsible for establishing a continuous learning program.
- Follow up new global training trends.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in coordinating training programs for a company with multiple international branches.
- Experience in working in a software/IT company
- Awareness of learning and training principles.
- Experience in managing the full training cycle.
- Familiar with software learning tool.
- Knowledge of modern training methods, styles techniques and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, HR or related field.
- Fluent English (must be able to speak and write excellent English).
