Job Description
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings.
- Arrange travel and accommodations.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying and transcribing.
- Create and maintain a proper filling for the company.
- Attend meetings, prepare and communicate the minutes of meeting.
