Job Description
- Plan and organize project objective and priorities.
- Establish baseline, revised and recovery schedules.
- Calculate Optimal Material requirement, Manpower Requirement for each stage of the projects.
- Creating planned cash flow process of all projects and follow up the actual progress.
- Communicates with the main contractor to improve project coordination.
- Estimate and record project total expenditure.
- Coordinate project annual spend projections, cost reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Revise the cost estimate sheets and financial analysis report.
- Prepare project design schedule needed for the full design stages.
- Revise estimated hours for technical departments and monitor progress periodically and compare it with the baseline.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering (Civil - Architecture)
- Experience from 3: 5 Years at the same field
- Quantity surveying experience is highly preferred and considerable.
