Job Description
- Plan and execute social media calendar for all platforms.
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of a company’s social content
- Continuously improve by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Collaborate with other departments (Business Development, Business Support etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
- Support all interactions of customers on official social media pages.
- Support onsite events
- Respond, transfer and follow up the online complaints/requests and escalating when necessary.
- Monitor all industry and company information and news to anticipate potential issues.
- Create sponsored campaigns on social media channels.
- Communicate with influencers and pages to share our content through them.
Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 years’ experience.
- Experience in FMCG field is preferable.
- Good knowledge of photoshop & illustrator is a plus.
- Fluency, strong experience and skills in English & Arabic copywriting and long-form writing.
- Understand the country's culture & trends
- Aware of local, regional and international social media trends
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Quick, witty and a linguistically creative
