Job Description
- Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns.
- Devising and presenting ideas and strategies.
- Agency brief.
- Organizing events and product exhibitions.
- Researching and brainstorming each stage of the project.
- Coordinating efforts to ensure that campaigns are completed.
- Tracking changes in consumer engagement following the roll-out of each marketing campaign.
- Carry out marketing researches and survey related to industry, competitors, events and exhibition. Also, marketing analysis that includes SWOT, PESTEL
- Seek and acquire new suppliers, advertising agencies, print and production houses, exhibitions and events, etc.
- Written brief to suppliers, present quotations and ideas related to marketing activities
- Follow up marketing activities (productions, video sessions, photo sessions, etc.)
- Meet with suppliers, arrange events, exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and report back to brand manager.
- Storage responsibility, distributing material, supervise, order, receive, and deliver according to business needs (exhibitions, brochures, booths, giveaways, etc.)
- Support all assigned tasks related to PR activities
Job Requirements
- Min 4 Years of Experience in Digital Marketing in Real Estate Companies.
- Events preparation's experience in real estate is a must.
- Very good network related to suppliers and production companies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work within a team.
- Presentable.
