Job Description
- Assists in specifying and implementing the strategic goals of the company.
- Achieve the sales target with the minimum expenses.
- Implement the sales policy and procedures.
- Build up customer’s portfolio for each sales channel.
- Assist the Controlling of the cost to be in line with the agreed budget.
- Developing the market, Vertical and Horizontal.
- Collect and summarize the sales reports of the team regularly
- Monitor any changes in the market, and report it to the top management with suggested actions
- Study the market trends to determine customer’s needs, and the competitor’s effect on the market.
- Implement the marketing plan.
- Supervise the implementation of the market survey and scan for new leads
- Motivate and coach sales team to maintain company goals.
- Retain and manage the existing and potential customer’s portfolio.
- Arrange and attend meetings with customers to establish strong relationship.
- Sign the contract with customers and follow up their implementation accordingly.
- Monitoring the customer complaints and take the correct action.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a Reputable University
- Must have at least 7 years of experience in toys , electronics , cosmetics or FMCG is preferably
- Excellent interpersonal and customer focus skills.
- Strong Negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent command of English language.
- Excellent user of Microsoft Office programs.
- Active and decision-maker.
- Result Orientation.
