Job Description

  •  Supervise the library team work and train them to raise up their efficiency. And ensure that they are adhering to the internal policies.  
  • Ensure that the members are adhering to the rules and policies of the library.  
  • Present new ideas for the library activities to increase the revenue.
  • Responsible for the petty cash fund required for the purchasing the library supplies and custody settlement.
  • Ensure the adherence to the library operating system.
  • Ensure the availability and accuracy of the books’ database in the library and that it’s updated.
  • Ensure the availability and accuracy of the database for the subscribed members and that and an account for each one to facilitate the following up with them. 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (library section preferred).
  • 3-5 years’ experience in the same field.
  • Supervisory skills 
  • Administrative skills
  • Planning, organizing and follow up. 
  • Ability to write and analyze reports. 
  • Ability to problem solving and decision making.
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to use computer applications
  • Awareness by the HSE instructions.
