Job Description
- Supervise the library team work and train them to raise up their efficiency. And ensure that they are adhering to the internal policies.
- Ensure that the members are adhering to the rules and policies of the library.
- Present new ideas for the library activities to increase the revenue.
- Responsible for the petty cash fund required for the purchasing the library supplies and custody settlement.
- Ensure the adherence to the library operating system.
- Ensure the availability and accuracy of the books’ database in the library and that it’s updated.
- Ensure the availability and accuracy of the database for the subscribed members and that and an account for each one to facilitate the following up with them.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (library section preferred).
- 3-5 years’ experience in the same field.
- Supervisory skills
- Administrative skills
- Planning, organizing and follow up.
- Ability to write and analyze reports.
- Ability to problem solving and decision making.
- Time management skills
- Ability to use computer applications
- Awareness by the HSE instructions.
