Job Description
- Prepare monthly company payroll taking into consideration all actions that affect payroll such as new hires, transfers, promotions, salary increases etc.
- Update the HRMS with all payroll and employment effects that include new hires, transfers, promotions and other payroll effects
- Prepare the payroll of third party recruitment companies
- Prepare all HR letters and obtain the required approvals
- Respond to employee inquiries and complaints related to compensation and benefits issues
- Follow up and participate on all Medical insurance aspects (Subscriptions, family additions and all related issues).
- Research and identify employee benefit schemes to either enhance existing ones or add new ones
- Research and analyses market salary/compensation rates
- Participate in the job evaluation process to ensure fair company pay
- Process employee and company subscriptions/renewals in all benefits plans
- Participate in the orientation/induction process of all newly hired employees
- Participate in the administration of internal and external HR quality audits and inspections providing the required documentation as requested by the Audit team
- Issue all mandatory and on-demand governmental forms and reports
- Implement changes mandated by government legislation and/or company policies
Job Requirements
- 1-3 Years of experience in the same field
- Advanced level of spoken and written English
- Graduates only
- Males are preferred
- Has the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic workplace
