Job Description
- Design and create complete tender documents.
- Follow up on the subject matter contractor.
- Preparing, scheduling, coordinate and monitoring the assigned engineering projects.
- Preparing a construction plan, BOQs and renovations for new projects.
- Perform overall quality control of work procedures (schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on projects status.
- Coordinate and communicate with the stakeholders for design requirements.
Job Requirements
- University degree in Engineering or relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 – 7 years in the same position.
- Relevant industry experience is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD.
- Advanced computer skills.
- Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards.
- Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
- Very good command of English language (written and spoken).
